So I started this on Tuesday after I returned from a trip w/friend to Disneyland. I injured my foot there and haven't been able to exercise per doc. I did well all week at work and home with my eating. This will be the first weekend and I will need to make sure I stay focused as to not loose the forward progress. I am hoping to get some light exercise in that won't aggrevate the foot. Next week I'll have to try to combine good eating w/the exercise.
