June 4 - June 10: 1323, 1443, 1565, 1232, 1345, 1522 and 1468.
So, only once in my 1200-1300 range but 2 very close, 2 middle and 2 upper. All were in Spark range. It's a lot harder to stay low than I thought it would be. It really makes me wonder what I have to do to get the scale moving again on a regular basis. I guess the next thing is to get a HR monitor and see if the exercise I'm doing is giving me enough benefit.
