I am trying to up my fitness level even more. I joined a gym last night. So my goal is to still Jazzercise 4 times a week, but in addition to that I would like to hit the gym a minimum of 3 times a week.
I am pretty stuck at a size 6 and I don't see myself getting any smaller in clothing sizes. I do however want to lose some more fat. I know I can do it. I KNOW I will do it!!!
