Exercise 101: Fun with Phebe

Friday: have a double shot latte at breakfast. Get wired on caffeine. Turn into Too-Much-Latte woman. Walk around school for an hour, at top speed, and if anyone is unfortunate enough to stop you to talk, keep walking in place and talking a mile a minute. Burns extra cals to talk that quickly. Really.
Saturday: walk at the beach for an hour, rack up about 3 miles walking on the packed sand by the water. Play in the water with DH. Watch the turtles bobbing up for air and to look at the people. Watch the pair of dolphins that came into the bay, surfacing and cruising for fish. Go out later for dinner and a small scoop of ice cream, walk another 20 minutes or so along the boardwalk and watch the sunset.
Sunday: pretend you are a teenager at a school car wash event. Don a swimsuit and shorts. Take down all the screens in the house, one room at a time. Take them outside and hose off all the dirt. Get soaked in the process. Go inside, get the next room of screens, bring those outside and take the washed screens back to the porch to finish drying. Keep rotating through until all screens are washed. Mop entrance and path to the porch. Put the screens back on the windows. 3 hours gone, 1290 cals burned, and clean screens. Take a shower and relax.
