trying to get potassium level up and sodium down. I"m doing well with the sodium, but need to work on finding foods that are potassium dense. The education information is excellent, and I have exercised daily for 30 min. walking. I plan on adding exercise bike with spurts of speed . I may start strength training soon.

    Are you taking any medicine for your pottassium such as Klor-con or you just doing it naturally.
