I lost .69 LBM and .71 Fat and my measurements all stayed the same. Ken at the gym asked how I was doing and when I told him my stats he said. "When we loose fat we loose muscle and when we gain muscle we gain some fat. It's just the way it is" I know he's right I just wish it didn't have to be that way.
My cardio steps up 5 min starting on Tuesday 50 min 6x's week
Today is my re-feed day! Yippie! Cals increase to 1672, starchy carbs at all 4 meals and a grilled steak for dinner. Yumm Yumm!
