How I lost my Weight: 1

I'm going to try to outline here how I lost my weight after having my third baby. I had started trying to lose weight just before getting pregnant with Gaby. I had hopped on a scale and weighed in at 192 - ugh!! But then I got pregnant and my father died and at the height of my pregnancy I weighted 223. After giving birth via c-section for the first time, I was at my lowest ever, so when I knew I had my milk supply established, I was on a mission.
Step 1: Nursing
Step 2: Smaller Portions
Step 3: Concentrate on Whole Foods
Step 4: Yoga
Step 5: No Dairy

    Please send me a list of the whole foods you used all of them. PLEASE!!!
You also are talking about nursing a baby right?

    When my son was 9 months old he was diagnosed with eczema caused by allergies to wheat and milk. I was still nursing him so I had to give up wheat and dairy. I went from 200 pounds to 160 in about 5 months. After we stopped nursing (2 weeks before he turned 3 years old) I started eating wheat again, but I don't eat the dairy much anymore. It's amazing how much better I feel when I cut both of those items out of my diet!

BTW, I grew up in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. How do you like it there?
