Well, today is the third day this week that I do intervals of walking and running. So far, so good. I am a little tire. Running always take a lot out of me. I won't run tomorrow, maybe Sunday if I have the energy. Right now, my goal is to run and walk every other day, unless I get too tire between the intervals. I will continue my walking every day, although this week I have been doing some of my cardio DVDs. I get bored of the same thing every day.
