Today at class we had a sub and she kicked our butts. My heart rate was high for most of the class. Like 160 and up to 180 that I caught. Even when we did weights my heart rate was above 114 but mainly in the 130's. I did have fun and I stuck it out. There were a lot of people that where leaving. No one normally leaves before class is done. I hope I am not to sore tomorrow.
I did not realize it but my heart rate monitor was not counting how many calories I burned but I said 356 or around there for 42 minutes and 42 seconds. The class is an hour and a 15 minutes long.
