Tweaking Program

I'm finding I'm not as hungry in the afternoon and I'm forcing my 2nd snack down so I've decided to reduce my meals to just 4 a day spaced out every 3 hours. Yesterday I watched my Figure Coach DVD and they recommend 4 meals (4 protien & 4 carbs) so I'll give it a try since I'm having trouble getting in the 5th meal anyway. They also recommended to eat 1g of protien for every lb you want to weigh.

I talked to Ken (the front desk gym guy) this morning when I went in to do my cardio before breakfast and he said it sounded like I was doing everything right it's probrably just my genetics and I just gotta just keep up the good fight. He did mention about fat necessary to burn fat and I might be eating too clean. Honestly the last week or so it has been in the back of my mind that 25% might not be enough so rather than adding more NSV's to fill me I'm going to add more fat to make up my daily calorie totals.

I'm going to sit down and make up my ST program for the week and stick to it. Even if June doesn't take a nap and I can't get to the gym I can put her in her crib and lift at home. I won't get the best back workout at home but a ST session at home is better than no ST at all.
