I biked qutie a bit this weekend. Ed & I biked to MIT & back on Saturday. Not all that far (only 3.5 miles each way) but my legs were still kinda tired from all the squats Tony had me do on Friday.
Sunday we biked the entire bike trail, 25 miles each way. I'm proud of myself for doing it in under 2 hours (just barely).
Today I did upper body weight work.
Incline Push-ups (bench) 10x5 8x0 8x0

Incline DB press 7x20 6x20
Flat DB press 6x20
Seat Row, V-clip 7x70 5x70 7x70
Military DB Press 11x115 9x15 6x15 (whew)

Swiss Ball Crunches 15x8 (middle) 15x8 (R to L) 15x8 (l to R)
