Put me with any group of people and I was always the 'fat' one.
When I was younger, the only time I'd run/jog was at the end of the year in gym class when it was a requirement to run a mile. It was so painful and shaming and I hated it.
But, It is time for a change. I've lost over 70 pounds and I need to lose the remaining 70.
This morning I tied my shoes and did the very thing I always dreaded before: I jogged. Well, not very long but I did it on and off throughout my workout. It took me a little over 17 minutes to do it, but what matters to me is that I did it.
It probably didn't help my running time because I took a couple photos of the beautiful scenery by my house.
I'm still in my workout clothes, so I'm just going to go upstairs and workout on my elliptical.
The only real problem I have is that my sweatpants are too big.
