For Sparkpoints that is..lol
Actually trying to reel myself in from weekend eating, I did alright on Saturday & Sunday but yesterday I ate quite a few rib tips....so here goes...
breakfast: bowl of cereal
Lunch: vanilla oreo cookies with milk, spaghetti & slice of bread & salad
Snack: vanilla oreo cookies with milk & yogurt
Dinner: left over bbq I think or pb&j
After: banana strawberries
Eat to live or live to eat?
Eat to live used to be my mottto. Now its changed as we have been foodies & enjoying good meals in abundance without workouts or after dinner walks. Now let's get out there & get moving tonight....WOOHOO!!
