Today was a long day where patience was needed.
I still have a lot of school work to got done.
When I get anxious and fretful, I remember my mountain top experiences with my family.

I have learned to count to 10 about 20 times over with coworkers I have. Patience and kindness goes a long way in the workplace but when the same mistakes are made over and over again, like I said I have learned to count and then count again and then count again and again and again...well you get my point!!! emoticon

Yes! It always helps me to be calm and patient if I remember nice experiences!

HUGS and good luck.
