Holiday! Yes, a breakfast with grandbaby and close friend at a restaurant in Glenside, PA. Breakfast consisted of 2 hot cakes with syrup, 2 eggs over hard, 2 strips of bacon, 1 link of sausage and a side of hash browns, which I shared with my grandchild. Now, on to the market to get fruit, vegetables and other items to prepare healthier dishes. Well, time to put my book to good use. Wish me luck!
