Enjoying looking through magazines in my home reading up on various healthy foods and the do's and don'ts. Also, I spent time trying to complete my reading assignment for my class and I find that my first goal is in sync with Roberta Larson Duyff's book, "American Dietetic Association Complete Food & Nutrition Guide, Chapter 1."
