September Goals

1) Track nutrition every day.
2) Walk outside every day.
3) Attend five dance classes per week.
4) Lose 7 pounds.
5) Eliminate alcohol to help jump start metabolism/ results

    Alcohol is my downfall too. Not only is it full of calories, it also loosens my eating. As you said in your other blog, you can't outrun the fork. Or the glass!
