I stepped on the scale yesterday and learned that I lost 13 lbs the first week! I had not even exercised yet. All I did was track my food, make smart choices, drink plenty of water and the results were awesome. Now, I know that most of the weight loss is water weight, but at least I am not carrying it around today. Today, I exercised for the first time in over a year. I only walked 10 minutes but it is a start. I feel empowered.
