I am setting a goal for myself: to get 10,000 steps in EVERY DAY in September. So far, so good.

    That is wonderful!! I have been considering doing the same and you inspired me I'm going to change mine from 8,000 to 10,000 tonight!! I will send encouragement your way with every step. emoticon
