It's Kind of sad how many times I start over..
But I guess I should be happy I start over..
Today I am going back to the gym.. A friend I haven't spoken to in a while was
looking for someone to go with!! and so was I..
I almost cancelled too.
So Tues, Wed and Thurs I will be going to the gym after work.
Fridays I walk 2 miles with my sister.
and SAt and Sunday.. I will try to get something else in there..
My joints been hurting again. LIke they get pinched.. weird feeling.
here I go.!
Oatmeal for breakfast.
Protein bar and fruit for lunch
and Protein bar for snack before gym
And then small dinner..
Before dinner my Calories are 800..so I want to keep it under 1400.
So I have to be careful at dinner.. Hoping by the time I get home I wont have time to pig out. By then my husband will be home. and time to shower, feed dogs ...
