Day 1 Again

It's Kind of sad how many times I start over..
But I guess I should be happy I start over..

Today I am going back to the gym.. A friend I haven't spoken to in a while was
looking for someone to go with!! and so was I..
I almost cancelled too.

So Tues, Wed and Thurs I will be going to the gym after work.
Fridays I walk 2 miles with my sister.
and SAt and Sunday.. I will try to get something else in there..

My joints been hurting again. LIke they get pinched.. weird feeling.

here I go.!

Oatmeal for breakfast.
Protein bar and fruit for lunch
and Protein bar for snack before gym
And then small dinner..

Before dinner my Calories are I want to keep it under 1400.
So I have to be careful at dinner.. Hoping by the time I get home I wont have time to pig out. By then my husband will be home. and time to shower, feed dogs ...

Here we go...

    Your efforts will be reflected on the scale and in your clothes. Keep up the good work. I need to get my butt back to the gym, but it is so hard. I have been away so long. I know I need to take the plunge and once I get a routine going, I will be fine. Glad you got someone to go with and that you returned to the gym.
