re...step 1...recall meals

Tracking on SP is such a gift! Lately I've been taking pictures of our meals as incentives to keep on keeping on. Since I've had a number of days of poor sleep...I want to work on causes...

breakfast has been pretty solid...

or...

with vitamins...

and a second cup of green tea...

For Labor Day yesterday, I made DH some blueberry griddle cakes...

while (toot, toot to me) I had my plain Greek yogurt with goodies: apple slices, blueberries, a few chopped pecans, and a sprinkling of slivered and sliced almonds...

our second meal (between lunch and dinner) has some good variety...

then we have our choice of snacks in the evening...

Eight glasses of water at least is a must each day...

So in the nutrition department, I think we're set...as long as I really limit sugar treats to celebration times and make substitutions of plain Greek yogurt with "goodies" when I just have to have something sweet. (Haven't done that so well this summer, so I've gained some weight).

    your food looks great, varied and very healthy! I am tempted to snack on sweet treats too and know the will power it takes to not succumb to that temptation too often... Greek yoghurt, nuts and fruits sounds very good to me as a substitute to that pretzel! ;-)
