Goals Set

Dee sets goals all the time. So, I'll go public with mine. Accountability IS.

1) Mini-tramp 5/7 dpw
2) 1 chocolate treat per day (more realistic than my no chocolate, as my husband has been bringing Hershey into the house, and we split one most days).
3) More water -- less beer!
4) Better tracking
5) Finish Fingersmith
6) hit 135 by end of summer. I can do this -- I've been living in Maintenance Land these past months, and can lose these last 2 pounds.
7) Better SP check in.

And I know that she'll hold me accountable! LOL!

    Sounds like you are doing very well. Two more pounds.... that must be very hard to get those last few off.

Hang in there. A friend told me once she could struggle at the low end or struggle at the high end.

    My phone calendar is my friend. I program in appointments with myself to do water, etc. Works for me. Good luck!
