Ok...so I have gained weight over the summer and can't seem to get back on track.
I'm not going back to school, but my kids are. Maybe that will help me get back on track.
I am to the point that I either have to lose the weight or buy new clothes...I have one pair of pants (that are not leggings) that fit me right now - that's a horrible feeling, looking into a closet full of clothes knowing that I can't wear more than half of them.
Tops are a little different, I have lots of them, but sooner or later someone is going to notice that I always wear the same pants!
I guess I go one day at a time, start logging my food and try not to cheat.
