I love this time of month around Sparkpeople. Everyone is busy looking back at last month and resetting goals for the next. Woohoo! I've been sitting here myself trying to decide what to do in September. I had some good experiences tinkering with food In July and August.
I'm doing the smoothie cleanse with a Facebook team on September 8, which is really bad timing because my mother in law is coming for a visit then. So, I may resign to do the modified cleanse, which is ok. The full cleanse was brutal.
My fitness minutes definitely took a hit last month. I think I'm ready to turn it back up. 60 minutes a day ought to do it!
1. 2-3 green smoothies a day.
2. 60 minutes of a la carte fitness (strength, yoga, cardio, anything I choose) 5-6 days a week.
3. Sensible dinner and snack before 9 pm.
I had to add the 3rd goal as a reminder. I've overcome a lot of food issues, but only because I'm aware of my weak spots and constantly vigilant.
That's it. Short and sweet. Let's get to work!
