    I plan on exercising at LEAST 60 minutes a day, I have been doing about 90 lately.

    I am rejoining the BLC. working on my food problems. I have elevated cholesterol along with other struggles but I will find a way to get this stuff down. PB and diabetes is doing well. I am incorpatoing HITT Work outs and stressing weights. Restarting some cal cycling,.

    Baby Girl,
Good to hear from you! I plan to get in 2 workouts on the days I workout. 4-5 days per week. I plan to run at lunch time and do something when I get home, like the elliptical machine or go for a bike ride outside. On the weekends, I have worked up to 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of weight training.

You are doing great! Keep motivating the spark family to keep moving.
