The long awaited Ninja arrived today, along with the Mag07 magnesium supplement. I'll let you know what I think when I make the next batch of smoothies!
I definitely got my fill of animal protein this weekend. I feel like it's all sitting like a lead balloon in my belly! I'm back to smoothie and a piece of salmon for dinner tomorrow. Those sweet little filets are soaking in Chef Meg's Ginger Garlic Marinade.
Taking a break from the extreme cleanse means getting back to work. I did DDP Yoga in the morning and hit the elliptical tonight. That's one thing back to normal. Now to figure out the food. I kicked around doing the Whole 30. If I do, I'll want to modify the meal frequency. I'm kinda, sold on the idea of smaller, more frequent meals, rather that 3 squares a day. What I'll probably do is a modified Whole 30/Smoothie cleanse. More to come when I figure, it out.
