    you need to do for you. no one else can ultimately tell you what your plan should be and i think this is a great idea for someone in your situation. we have all been there trying to find the best plan for ourselves so i think it's great u found something to try. i hope you are successful at it and i agree with BEACHCASIX..all the healthier choices will come into play when u r ready. when you start feeling better your body starts to crave the better for ya stuff (so i found for myself anyway, lol). good luck and i believe in u! i'll def be back to check in on you and cheer u on!

    This is exactly what I do and I've lost over 60 lbs. I hate dieting and any time I feel deprived I automatically binged. some people call it the bite diet too. Sometimes you're not even hungry, sometimes you really just want to taste something your craving. Sometimes I just really want to taste a cupcake so I'll take a couple bites and more times than not I'm satisfied and can put the rest away for a later treat. At first you will still eat a lot so don't feel pressured. It will take a while for your stomach to shrink down. Eventually you'll realize you can't eat the same portion sizes anymore! You'll naturally start trying new veggies and fruits.
When you're truly hungry, things taste soo much better so when you try something new like a vegetable it will taste better and you'll be more likely to keep it in your food options. If that makes sense lol. Anyways, like I said it will take a while so don't force yourself to eat extremely mini meals yet. Concentrate just on feeling that full feeling and stopping in that moment. You are doing great!
