I was in so much pain when I arrived home from work today that I immediately showered and had DD apply Minagin to my entire back.

I usually don't start my job until 6 lately, but today i did start at five a.m., then worked past one p.m...

This body is getting too old for this job at this age. Maybe I may need to take more time off whether I like it or not.. will see when I finally get insurance and can ask the doc..

My back is pain free now, since I just woke up from a three and half hour nap in the chair.. but I could go to bed for the night right now, I ma that beat..it is 5 p.m....

    Sorry for your pain. I know what it is like to go through life with constant pain. Once my wife has her knee replacement, I will have mine and hope that my quality of life will improve. Sometimes our bodies tell us when we have done too much!

    Aw I'm so sorry to hear about you being in so much pain. Thank goodness for the Minagin and some rest to make it feel better. I hope the doctor agrees you need some time off. In my humble, uneducated opinion, I think you need it, and definitely deserve it.

I hope tomorrow is a much better, much less painful day!

    Maybe you need a vacation from the vacation, all that extra work getting ready to go and then all the work when you get home.

    Wow, i'm sorry that you were in so much pain today, but I am greatful you found Minagin and that it was able to provide you with relief. I hope you don't mind me asking, but being rather new around here I don't know what type of work you do.

I was reading an article two days ago about sleep and it said that taking anything more than a 20 minute nap during the day could leave you feeling groggy and lethargic and also impact your sleep at night. Maybe that's why you feel like your already ready for bed? I know that the people who write these articles are smarter than I am about this stuff, but I think listening to your body is a good decision, if it was telling you to sleep there was probably a good reason.
