I win!! My challenge is over...but did I meet my goals? Mmmm

Okay so I gave myself a 32 day challenge. It started off being twice a day smoothies and veggie/fruit for snacks with sensible dinner. Life happened and that didn't work out for me. Got lazy and distracted. Soooooo....I continued to try and eat right. I was suppose to journal my food through weight watchers. Again I got lazy that didn't last the entire 32 days :(. I was aiming to drink a gallon of water everyday. Well besides a portion of last week I stuck with this pretty good. My other goal was to workout at least 30 minutes everyday for 32'days. I missed 6 days of not working out...pretty darn good. My initial goal was to reach 265 or lower. At one point I changed it to reaching the 260s. My highest weight this month was 275.4. Today I weigh in at:
So I'm back to the 260s just a tad bit so I reached that but I'm back where I began the month of August. Why?
My nutrition perhaps the weekend of cheating, the lack of tracking ....
Weight lifting daily adding a little more weight...
Inability to really workout hard due to knee rehabilitation....
Honestly I got to clean up my diet more. I'm doing everything right but missing the nutrition. I can say it's improved a lot but I got to go cold turkey on junk again.
After vacation I'm going to try carb cycling. While I'm lounging by the pool or at the beach this weekend I'm going to continue my research and see if I can design a menu plan. Hopefully after vacation I won't be back in the 270s. This has always been my struggle point but the curse stops here. I have conqueror this and will keep pressing forward.
So can I say I WON this challenge? Yes. I might not have met the goals head on but I didn't quit, I conquerored some of my goals and got better and closer to those I didn't meet. Most importantly I didn't give up when I stumbled or fell down. So for me that's a win,!
