small changes

I haven't been on here in such a long time. I just need to get myself back on track. Ive decided to not deprive myself but eat healthier make small do able changes. PORTION CONTROL AND EATING THE WRONG FOODS IS MY PROBLEM. TIME FOR A CHANGE I have 50 lbs to lose.
