The humidity is so bad!! It is like a limp dishrag!! Breathing is very heavy and my asthma is not liking it.

I did some major cardio at work today after my other tasks were finished. Good for me,, I like to track things like that.

I had DD apply some of the Minagin to my back and shoulders after my shower,, my arthritis was pounding me.. That was a half hour ago.. no more pain...

Good job on the cardio. Poop on the nasty weather and your asthma though. It was gross here today too.

Three cheers for Minagin, I"m glad you're feeling better!

So glad you found relief....and I agree with you on the humidity....I don't do well in humidity...though I don't have asthma!

Try to stay cool and dry!

I'm glad you found something that works for you. I know what it is like to be in pain all the time.. After a while even oxycodone stopped helping.

How did you manage to get in so much cardio at work? When I was able to work I sat at a desk all day. Pretty boring, not much movement.

Be careful with the weather, keep your inhaler handy, just incase.
