I challenge all to not have any sugar whatsoever, this includes anything with it being in the first 5 ingredients (packaged items) for one week, and let me know how you feel at the end of that week. This means you pick the week starting. You will no longer crave sugar items, this includes high carb items like in bread, flours and pastas, they convert to sugar. (You will choose more wisely after the week, if your faithful to it) It always works for me. I started it again the first of August, and have had no sugar whatsoever, and I am regaining energy, and feel way much better.
Sugar is one of the worst drugs in the world.
Just one week, it really won't kill ya! lol
