Made a counting mistake yesterday or the entire 32 days..lol. But Thursday is the end of my august challenge since my mini vacation starts Thursday afternoon. I'll do my weigh in that morning which is my first weigh in two weeks. Too darn long for me but I'm making it.
I did pretty darn good yesterday. I finished my gallon of water by 2pm and had two extra bottles by the end of the day. I completed my hour of cardio by doing 40 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on treadmill. I worked my legs for strength training and did my mini squats during my bathroom breaks yesterday. By drinking a gallon of water before 2pm I got in a lot of squats...lol!
Today's bathroom workout is wall push ups...10-15 per potty visit
Today more of the same but my strength training will be upper body and abs. So I'm ready, are you?
