7 weeks in the books

And I'm feeling pretty good. Food wise I am making progess- still some room to clean it up. Exercise I feel great about. I am meeting and exceeding my goals! My body is feeling tighter and stronger. I'm still disappointed that I haven't lost more but I force myself to look forward and see if I keep going this way in another 7 weeks I will be in the 150's. I haven't been there in quite a while!
