82 degrees, 98% humidity! I was glad to get home to a tepid shower after work,it is so humid..
Still have not unpacked the tubs we took,,, dehydrated potatoes, canned goods, our Native American ointment, Nojmuk and Minagin. I bought twelve tins of each, so they need to be rotated on he shelf in the linen closet.
For Debbieanne, who asked me to instruct her on how to order this stuff: here is the way to order the Minagin. Go to www.herballodge.com
Click on the Minagin tin and it will take you to the page to order how many you wish. The best price is the four ounce tin. He gives free shipping if you order at least $75 of stuff, so if you order four tins, he will add the tax and there should be no shipping charges.
If you read the things on the site, you will see that you only use a pea-sized dose of the ointment, rub it in. Do this at least three times a day or more. For my severe arthritis pain, I rub it on the back of my neck, hands etc. let it sit about fifteen minutes before applying clothing. The base is beeswax and olive oil, so cannot hurt your skin in any way, no matter what. If you still have pain, add more to the size you use,it is different with each person. DD massages it on my spine and shoulders for the spinal arthritis and fibro.
The owner, Nathan Wright, picks these herbs in the forests of Northern Michigan and Canada himself, so they are very fresh. A man at the Blueberry festival that I let sample it, got instant relief on his neck: he has had 14 surgeries and cannot find non-narcotic relief,, he bought four tins,, his son who is 19, bought two. It may sound like a lot of money for only four ounces, BUT DD and I use it and it lasts for a long time, no Rx, no side effects and we trust thousands of years of Native American knowledge. I believe he has a free number to call, but you can contact him via the site and he will respond via email too.
Debbieanne, let me know if you have questions,, you can call me or email me..
His shipping usually is about one week.. He ships out of Petoskey,Michigan, via USPS,about a couple hundred miles from here...
