First day of school...

Today is the day I start classes again. This will be a test to see if I'm really set to lose this weight. We have an Einstein Bagels shop in the library where I spend my free time studying and I love their mochas. Let's see if I can stay away from them or at least only get one per week. I say stay away from them. They are too habit forming. emoticon

I got up really early this morning and the first thing I did was sign onto SP and log my food, then I exercised and logged that. I'm not sure I will be able to do this every morning, but I did this morning and I feel ready to start the day.

Yesterday, to save myself some time finding breakfast, I made some of those Mmm...mmm...blueberry muffins I found on SRecipe. They are delicious! I made them just like the recipe said, but I substituted sugar for splenda. It only made a difference of about 10 calories per muffin, so it wasn't much.

Time to hit the showers.

    I made it through. I got home at 3 pm and ate lunch like normal. Today, however, I was in class from 9:45 am until 7 pm. I ate a big salad which totaled 280 calories for lunch, then ate normally when I got home. I'm very proud of myself. However, I didn't get to exercise today, but I did climb and descend four flights of stairs twice. I guess that's something. :)
