Each day has lots more foods, including various beans and various freggies--- but I am trying to remember the basics.
Day 1 is a beef, lamb, flounder, swordfish day. Not all of them!
Day 2 is a chicken, tuna, egg day. Not all of them!
Day 3 is a pork, halibut day. Not all of them!
Day 4 is a chicken liver, haddock, lobster, scallop, turkey day. Not all of them!
