So folks...it's not all about losing weight. Can you name five things that you have accomplished as a result of changing your eating habits.
My five are:
1.) I can clasp my seat belt again without an extension
2.) I have dropped almost three full sizes in clothes
3.) I had to even buy new shoes because the others were too big
4.) My endurance is greater and I'm less out of breath
5.) I find myself wanting to exercise now instead of avoiding it (did I say that?
Can you name another five as well?
6.) I have more energy
7.) My rings fit loser
8.) I smile more often
9.) Others are beginning to notice how much slimmer I'm looking
10.) I'm down thirty some inches overall
Why not another five too?
11.) I can tighten a belt better
12.) I can do more reps on any of my exercise than I could before.
13.) I'm on no medications at all
14.) My skin and nails are looking better
15.) I can see the difference in my before and after pictures
So how about it can you name at least five (you can name more if you want to) non-scale victories.. Let's have fun with this because it isn't always about those lbs being lost.
