Today begins a new journey hopefully I am up for it. I have gained some of the weight back that I worked so hard to loose. So its time to get back on track. Looking forward to the different challenges and see if I can push myself a little harder. Food has always been an issue this time around hopefully I can portion control. As for exercise walking is one of my best choices I live near a park, but I need to incorporate strength training lazy on that part. I am hoping from this challenge what ever I learn to take with me for the rest of my journey.
