Ive learned alot the past six weeks whwn I did a wt loss program for insurance. I learned that I NEED my sleep or im too tired, cranky and have NO motivation or will power. I learned that I was doing to much at once (which I am prone to doing and then fail). I set an unrealistic goal of losing two lbs per week.hats great for one or two weeks if implicit, but I rebel EVERY time. Or life gets in the way. I have got a better control on my portion sizes and healthy eating overall and have ramped up my fitness tremendously. I believe I lost four lbs in the past six weeks, and can now run one to three miles at a time. My blood pressure is back to normal and I feel like when im esting properly I have more energy. So now its time to get my goals to a realistic one lb per week. This allows me more flexibility w my diet and will hopefully prevent most binges. I just realized its past my bedtime and remember I NEED my sleep, so goodnight!
