Working out when you don't feel like it.

I was feeling so tired today that I didn't even want to work out. I slept like crud last night and was just feeling moody. But at 9:45pm I decided that I'd ride my stationary bike for at least 15 mins. I ended up going for 20. I also went for a walk with my dog around 7pm for 20 mins, so I passed my 30 minute total goal for the day . =)
I got a grilled chicken salad for dinner on the way home and it was really yummy and filling. Was only about 300 calories too with the dressing included.
Calories in range: check! Workout complete: check! Good day after all, I guess. lol
Tomorrow is going to be my rest day. I thought of taking it today because I was soooo not feeling it but I don't want to get into the mindset of "rest days" on week days simply because I am not in the mood to workout. That is a dangerous slope I don't want to slip down! I want my rest day to either be Saturday or Sunday each week. Any other day is just an excuse I cannot afford to give in to.
Anyways, I hope you guys have a nice weekend. New season of Doctor Who starts tomorrow and I am really looking forward to it. =) Feels like I've been waiting forever!
