At doctor visits I always regret not having done the things to make my "numbers" better.
To remind myself , I made a sign to tape on my computer:
GOAL: Next doctor visit-lower A1C, lower BP, lower triglycerides, lower weight.
I know the habits that help these numbers, but I need a push to do them consistently.
Less sugar, more exercise, more veggies like spinach, cucumbers, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, whole grains, etc.
