I have doing pretty good with working out regularly, and am happy about that. I try to mix it up a bit so some days it is long 8 mile walk with friends, some days it is quick 15 minutes of yoga. But, between workouts I am finding myself sitting in one spot for way too long lately.
So today I decided to set up a reminder every 2 hours to stand up or stop whatever else I may be doing when that alarm goes off and do a SparkPeople video workout. I didn't think of this until about 10:30 this morning and will go til 8:30 PM; that means I should do 6 videos. I'm going to come back and update this blog each time to list what I did and keep myself honest.
