Winding down or Amp it up

That's just 15 days away.

Last night at WOW (workout of the week) we were half joking about fasting to get better results on the scale. With my meds, fasting is out of the question. I am not near my goal, so should I chuck it all in, NO. I have made progress, I am more fit. Yes folks, it is easier to get off the floor. Do I want to go back to where I was in mid-June, NO!
Yes I still have to work on work on resisting temptations. And other areas need work, too. So I will keep moving forward and begin getting my next steps in place.

    Every step in the right direction is a success. String enough together and you get to your goal! You're doing the right thing and I think it's okay not to fast to get to the goal unless it's part of the overall HEALTHY plan that you are following.

    Good good good attitude! For sure, looking in that rear view mirror, you know you don't ant to go back to where you were and so one foot in front of the other you move forward. Awesome!

    Progress, not perfection!

    We will never have this thing "down to perfection." It will always be about doing the best we can every day, and over time that gets us closer to our goal. I too have to remind myself once in awhile of how far I've come instead of ALWAYS thinking "I haven't met my goal."

    I think the ToF has been a marvelous jump start for you!
