The final weigh in is on September 4th.
That's just 15 days away.
Last night at WOW (workout of the week) we were half joking about fasting to get better results on the scale. With my meds, fasting is out of the question. I am not near my goal, so should I chuck it all in, NO. I have made progress, I am more fit. Yes folks, it is easier to get off the floor. Do I want to go back to where I was in mid-June, NO!
Yes I still have to work on work on resisting temptations. And other areas need work, too. So I will keep moving forward and begin getting my next steps in place.
