Chocolate Chili Recipe

Wednesday, August 20, 2014

This is for Nancy-!

I would definitely make this again! It gets sooo thick. I made it with 1 pound high-quality turkey and 1 pound of grass-fed ground beef. Next time I will add a can or two of rinsed black beans to up the fiber.

I also have to say I enjoyed all the paleo dishes I tried. I will continue to try more of them, but I will be adding back beans and grains and high-quality whole grains back into my diet as well!

Now I am going to get on my new treadmill! I will tell you all about it tomorrow. emoticon

Oh too funny! This is on my list to make this week! I have been looking at this recipe for quite awhile. I doubt my DH would like it but I can eat it for lunches. Glad to hear it is good. I like a lot of the Paleo recipes I have tried too....and DH has too which is important.

Back from Maine and now time for me to get back to business!! (and catch up on blogs emoticon ).

Can't wait to hear about the new treadmill!
