This is for Nancy-!
I would definitely make this again! It gets sooo thick. I made it with 1 pound high-quality turkey and 1 pound of grass-fed ground beef. Next time I will add a can or two of rinsed black beans to up the fiber.
I also have to say I enjoyed all the paleo dishes I tried. I will continue to try more of them, but I will be adding back beans and grains and high-quality whole grains back into my diet as well!
Now I am going to get on my new treadmill! I will tell you all about it tomorrow.
