I don't know about the rest of you but, when I'm trying to get back on track I am so MOODY emoticon It's only 11:30 am and I have already considered saying forget today and trying again tomorrow! Soooo.....I made my lunch and logged it! Hopefully that will get me through more hours than my breakfast so I don't run out of calories.

BTW anyone want a teenager....mine is stressing me out! emoticon

    Sometimes having lunch or a snack will help. When I'm on track and tracking what I eat, sometimes I get cranky and realize it's been hours since I've eaten! Hopefully elevating your blood sugar a bit will help.

    Wondergale- I wish being busy was the issue ....I'm very busy and working on lots of stuff I thinks I'ts always like this for me the first few days / weeks.

    Maybe you need to do something. Go to the park, take a walk around the neighborhood. Try to stay busy so you don't think about food. I notice when I am busy I don't eat so much. That's why I like being at work. About the teenager, I'm done with that! emoticon
