Check in on how I did with my goals yesterday.
1. Did clean the house.
2. Took a long walk to and from the restaurant and ordered healthy. Skipped the cheese and hashbrowns, ordered fruit instead but also ordered the rye bread toast.
3. Had a healthy dinner- no time to make dinner but ordered a Subway turkey bacon chopped salad without dressing.
What I did not do:
Did not get a bike ride in. Instead I picked corn for an hour. This felt like a workout.
Did not get my fitbit back on or synced. Will have to get this done.
Did not drink enough water. Was at the farm outside most of the day. Did not bring out water. Got some in back at the house but not enough.
Goals for today:
60 minutes of walking (20 minutes complete)
Healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner (breakfast complete)
Get the fit bit synced.
