This whole foods diet has been a challenge!
I've been pouring over recipes on Pinterest and various Paleo blogs looking for recipes. I don't want to buy a lot of expensive ingredients that I may not use going forward, like the soy sauce substitute "coconut aminos" that I paid nearly $8 for at the health food store.
Yesterday I made something called "Egg McNothin's" which will be great for breakfast! Talk about easy and delicious!
I also made a beanless "chocolate chili" which is rich and delicious. I'm going to eat that with sauteed greens for lunch.
And finally, today I will be making Creamy Salmon and Leek Soup.
Today my new treadmill arrives! I'm really excited!!
