Our problems each day often repeat. We can figure out solutions so they don't knock us off track.
But we need to "head them off at the pass!"
I know in the morning I have no problem at all having a healthy breakfast. But something happens in the afternoons and definitely in the evening. I get tired and I crave salt and sugar and fat. This pattern repeats day after day!
I might solve it a few days but it pops up again an again. I suppose when I am tired in the evening I get in to bed with a book and a snack!
I actually was losing weight even though I did that. But I had to choose the snack wisely--fruit, veggies, measured amount of nuts or other tasty things.
