Goals for Sunday the 17th of August

1. Eat a healthy breakfast. Going out to eat. Choosing an egg white omelet with veggies only. No cheese. No hashbrowns. No toast. Only the omelet and fruit.
2. Go for a bike ride
3. Walk to the restaurant.
4. Start wearing the fit bit again.
5. Clean house. Do laundry.
6. Make a healthy dinner.
Drink plenty of H20
